Brown rice may prevent Alzheimer's

Tokyo (JCNN) - Japanese cosmetic manufacturer FANCL has announced that its research group has discovered the effectiveness of pre-germinated brown rice against Alzheimer's disease in collaboration with Meijo University Professor Makoto Ukai.
