Caregivers often carry unrealistic expectations of themselves. They feel guilty when things go wrong, feel their emotions should be bottled up and have difficulty in accepting that they have a life too. In this example of a Caregivers Bill of Rights, the core values of what it means to be a caregiver are thoughtfully illustrated.
