If the person would normally use nail varnish or expresses an interest involve them further by asking which color they want. Then apply it evenly starting from the cuticle to the nail tip. Quick dry nail varnishes are best.

If you make a mistake don't worry. Just use a little nail varnish remover with some cotton wool, let the nail dry and start over.

  1. Prepare All Equipment in Advance
  2. Soak each hand in a bowl of warm soapy water
  3. Clean the nails
  4. Remove or push back the cuticles
  5. Cut the nails
  6. Apply nail varnish
  7. Moisturize the hands
