Moisturize the hands
Apply some moisturizing hand cream. Applying the cream is very relaxing. Be gentle, especially if the person has arthritis or other hand problems.
- Prepare All Equipment in Advance
- Soak each hand in a bowl of warm soapy water
- Clean the nails
- Remove or push back the cuticles
- Cut the nails
- Apply nail varnish
- Moisturize the hands
