Blood pressure will vary somewhat according to age, whether or not you are sitting, standing or lying down. In this example I am using the OMRON M5-I which is an easy and good standard automatic machine. Before taking blood pressure make sure the batteries are in good condition and charged. Weak batteries may result in no reading or false readings.
